Week 8 pairings - July 9, 2013

July has arrived, and with it the passing of the commissioner torch.  Our league had a fabulous leader in Dave Rieves for more than 2 decades.  Then, incredibly, Dave Wolfe took commissioning to a whole new level.  Although these two have set impossibly high standards, I will try to hold things together until a more worthy replacement can be found.  Following a legend is quite the challenge.  I am hoping Dave Wolfe will be posting the results of the scramble from his new home in Eau Claire.
