The results from week 10 are posted. The league average was 2 strokes more this week than last. I blame the frigid temps (we all know that it needs to be at least 80 and humid in order to have ideal scoring conditions).
Paul Barnett made a rare appearance this week and showed us all up with a drive to the end of the fairway on hole 5 and a tee shot to a couple feet on hole 6. He also tied Ed Molter for the low net round. I imagine captain Raymer is hoping to see more of Paul down the stretch.
Dave Rieves is rounding back into form, shooting a league low 37. With an atypical 9 handicap, Dave will be a leading contender for the first flight of our season ending tournament, which begins next week. I will get more information on that out in a couple days.
