Week 3 of the UW Employee Golf League had a continuation of decent golf from the first week. The average score was again 48. We again ended up with a full slate of 32 golfers for our eight teams. We had two golfers break 40, with Roberto Rivera and Daniel Steinbring shooting 37. Congratulations to Roberto and Daniel! Mark Woodruff and Jimmy Yednock shot 41. Tom Stafford blew away his handicap with net score of 26. Way to go Tom! Barry Wanner and Bob Jokisch shot net 31.
Team McEvilly built on its Week 1 lead and now has 9 points for 2.5 point lead. Team Yancey is in second place with 6.5 points.
Two golfers reported a birdie this week:
- Mike Sanders on Hole #1
- Bob Jokisch on Hole #3.
