Week 7 Results

Results and standings from June 5 are now posted.  Sorry for the lack of commentary, but I've been quite busy.  I'll try to get the Sy Brandt top 5 up next week.  I'll also get the randomized tee times set for the scramble on June 26.

It looks like the Moritz team is holding steady at the top, with two weeks to go in the half.

I just did the randomized tee times for the league scramble.  Remember, there's no cookout afterwards this year, but we can gather for burgers and drinks at the Village Bar.

Here are the pairings for Tuesday, which looks to be another beautiful day.  We're all looking up at the Moritz team in the pennant race (who have earned 27 of the 36 possible points so far), so we're counting on the Nelson team to slow them down Tuesday.

Week 6 Pairings - May 29

Here are the pairings for Tuesday.  The forecast looks wonderful again.  There are still six teams within 5.5 points of the lead, which is currently held by the Moritzes.  With four weeks left in the half, the race wide open.

For those of you new to the league, I'll state here our simple "bad weather" policy, which we hopefully won't use this season: "If the course is open, league play is on."  Usually, the course is open unless (a) it would be dangerous to be out or (b) the course is unplayable.

I have a few people who have yet to pay the annual $25 league fee.  I will try to get there early enough Tuesday to get that from you.  Thanks.
